The extruder
The extruder is made of 10 layers of 2.5 thick acrylic plastic and it consists of the body , number 6000 bearings (10 mm inside diameter and 29mm outside diameter ), the shaft (m10 screw), two gears and spring holding mchanism
the acrylic sheet had cut using hand tools
and also the hobbed shaft made using a hand drill and a 4 mm thread tap
these gears has a 1:4.6 ratio and that gives the extruder a high torque to extrude 3mm filament through the bowden system
